In 2018, Avalon Development acquired this site and set out to build a ground up built to suit for AAA Auto and Dairy Queen.This project was one of Avalon’s first projects in the South East Valley in Gilbert, Arizona. The site entails two free-standing businesses with great visibility and access from San Tan. Dairy Queen enjoys direct access into their drive-thru and AAA auto features a 10 car full car service garage with insurance office space. Avalon completed the project at the end of the year and sold it in 2019.
