This development was completed in 2017 and is ground leased with Raising Canes Chicken Fingers. This is a high volume site in the historical town of Queen Creek, Arizona. This site enjoys high visibility from Ellsworth Road going home to the San Tan valley. Queen Creek has doubled its population in the last few years and currently houses just over 52,000 residents. The store enjoys a classic design outfitted with a drive thru and direct access from the main street as well as cross access in the center. Sold in 2017.
