This project was one of our most intricate and interesting. While maintaining a fully open and operational bank, Avalon was able to use excess space to add a Starbucks drive-thru and cafe inside. The now, dual tenant building was the first project Avalon has delivered in the Northwest. It was also the first project completed & sold in 2020.
