AAA Phoenix Branch

This project was Avalon’s second delivery during the covid-19 pandemic. This project consisted of redeveloping a previous neighborhood building into a brand new auto use building. Avalon put careful thought into design and ensuring the building fit the vernacular of the neighborhood. The team was even able to keep the original sign out front. The building sold in July 2020.
