This ground up development enjoys direct access to I-17 FWY from Bell Road W. The store has a drive thru serving Starbucks end-cap with a Chipotle next door. Site enjoys great access form both sides of Bell road and visibility from it’s large sign. One of the advantages to this site is it’s close proximity to the car dealerships surrounding the store with great freeway accessibility. Project sold in 2018.
